I've been having some issues using the retrieve folder command. On using the command, I'm prompted for my username and password, which I enter normally: however, nothing happens after this, and I get a notification that the extension is hanging. Repeating the retrieve folder command exhibits the same behavior. I have tried closing/reopening the workspace, VSCode, restarting my computer, disabling/enabling the extension, and uninstalling/reinstalling the extension.

Edit: we are using 2016 on-prem.

Edit 2: I solved my upload issue with the suggestion here, but I still get warnings that the extension takes a while to respond. I'm not sure that it's a big deal, though, since the extension is working now for me! :)
