    Code for the detection and tracking of eddies, following Chelton et al.
    (Prog. Ocean., 2011) given a series of sea level maps. This code was
    used in the prepration of Oliver, O'Kane, and Holbrook, Projected changes
    to Tasman Sea eddies in a future climate, submitted to Journal of Geophysical
    Research Oceans.
