Localised Twitch URLs not recognised

Using a localised URL such as http://en-gb.twitch.tv/... returns the error "no plugin can handle URL:..."
Could Livestreamer simply substitute en-gb for www in this case? Or maybe provide a more helpful error message if not.

Tested with version 1.12.2 on Windows 7 x64.

[works as expected]
