Hi, I think the tool might already work with Mac OS if the dependencies (bash, grep, sed, etc.) are met.
Unfortunately, I don't have a Mac machine to test it.

Have you encountered any specific problem?

I've found this in one of the forks. Perhaps it helps?

GNU sed and grep (if on macOS, add the GNU variants to PATH, the built-in ones are insufficient and slower)
