Need to check Verible Version in build-verible.sh #994

There seems like the stable version for verible is not the one pointed out by the build file in
riscv-dv/verilog_style
/build-verible.sh

VERIBLE_VERSION=751d4d8e57741ab22806f91982f59c71ecf37d9d

We may be well-off not branching to it and working on its main branch instead.
Errors I found are in this : bazelbuild/bazel#24337
