Import filter may be confusing #2577

Import filter are very practical but it happens to often to me to forget I have one.

I think that if we skip some data, we should log the information. Like 'we skipped XXX data because it didn't match the importation filters'. We could as well be more precise if possible. Skipped XXX because not FID, not FT, ...
