Resolution at: checkstyle/checkstyle#4768 (comment)

We should confirm and add some type of documentation in https://github.com/checkstyle/contribution/tree/master/checkstyle-tester#diffgroovy-diff-report-generation clarifying that we require at least a specific maven version and what that version is.
