Hey Brian, the 11mm assay does affect calculations for the deep zoom scale bar in Explorer - we’re currently basing the calculation on a default 8mm slide for Visium.
This means that we would have to add a field to identify the assay type in CXG’s uns[“spatial”] object as part of the conversion script, and in turn add the relevant conditions for calculation on the Explorer side of things. I can start working on that later on today
