adding user generate content, like png and fonts

i have been looking it over and the project itself is nothing less than amazing 
imo.

i can't seem to figure out how to add my own content, say like a .png as a 
clock background and stuff like that.

i really hope i am not just being a noob and not seeing it. 


is this feature already present? and if not, will it be ?
