可以切换使用最新的bootstrap版本不？比如现在最新发布的是5.3.0

我在开发这个主题之前就考虑过 Bootstrap5，但是因为 Bootstrap5 不兼容 IE 系列浏览器，所以才选择了 Bootstrap4。
