I was unable to load this solution.
First I tried VS 2015, then realized it is built using VS2017 based on the documentation. so I installed VS2017 community. When I tried to open the solution with VS2017 it could not load any of the projects. It was only after I upgraded the initial installation to the latest version I was able to open it. But the docs say any version of 2017 should work.
