Feature request: import blocks from block.js file in personal data downloaded from Twitter by another user #75

Hello,

It used to be possible to share blocklists, until Twitter removed the ability to export and import them. However, it is still possible to download your own data. That data (in the block.js file) contains a list in JSON of accounts that you have blocked. But it is not in a form that Twitter Block Chain can ingest and use! If that were not the case, we would be able to download and share our block.js files with others, which would restore the functionality that Twitter withdrew.

Can you make Twitter Block Chain consume block.js files for importing blocks?
