Is it possible to disable the default startup probe created when a port is specified? #2005

#1093 created a default startup probe. We'd like to disable this and not include a startup probe by default.

Is it possible to do this via https://github.com/cdk8s-team/cdk8s-plus-go/tree/k8s.23?
