'Select city' drop down from Submit a new report page is unpopulated

The droplist to 'select a city' on the Submit a new report page has no options for people to select. This field needs to be removed or hidden from site visitors.

You can set the cities being used in that drop-down from the admin interface at Admin -> Settings -> Map, then set your location as NZ and click the "Retrieve cities from geonames" link.
