Submitting multiple nearby reports requires user to zoom in each time

[apologies if this is a duplicate, surprised not to find it searching]
It must be a common use case to submit several reports in one area. Each time I submitted a report and then used the "Submit another report" button, I lost my map zoom. Pretty annoying. It would be easier to do this if the last report location was a little bit more sticky.

I guess map state could be preserved with a cookie and probably in other ways.
