Implement setting and moving to home positions #7

Basic Functionality:

Set multiple home positions referenced by numbers or maybe by names.
Store positions in a YAML file in a human-readable python format (not a ROS message).
Move to positions by number or name.

Features that would be nice

Send a preview of the move to RViz and play it to check if anything silly will happen.
