Localization of error message #449

Right now the error message is only available in english. Would it be possible to localize the message? The Message is nice and tells the user directly what is missing but only in english. Maybe we can give the builder a Java Locale to get the right message.

As a follow up iam talking only about the messages that come from wrong inputs of the user. Such as wrong argument or not enough arguments.
