Custom file size limit

Describe the bug
While thepre-included options for file size limit is useful I'd like a custom option too.
My use case is just sending 25MB videos to discord but different apps can have different limits so allowing the user to account for that and possibly save it as a preset would be nice.

I know this idea is mentioned in #8 but that is a very old issue, I feel this specific request should be it's own dedicated issue too
