Initial set up fail if admin name is same as in example - like John Doe. Reproduced 10 times with different versions

tried with 3.4.1, 3.4.2 - validation error
3.0.3, 2.4.1, 2.2.0 - user not found

How to resolve. Put email instead of name and everything will work
