When tool_securityquestions | enable_plugin - Disabled and

Save changes on Set password form when clicking on https://xxx/login/forgot_password.php?token=xxx throws below warnings:

Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 2 to be an array, null given in /var/www/xxx/login/lib.php on line 522

Warning: array_merge(): Expected parameter 2 to be an array, null given in /var/www/xxx/login/set_password_form.php on line 101
