Retirement notice for the Azure Storage PHP client libraries #1

Hi,

It look like that plugin is based on a abandoned library (https://packagist.org/packages/microsoft/azure-storage) and Microsoft Azure announced the retirement of the PHP library

We use this plugin to do work te ObjectFS plugin, we are a bit worried by this situation. What is the plan to the follow up/maintenance of it ?
