Ever thought of renaming this library? "nod.js" is so similar to "node.js" that it's very hard to find it on Google etc. even when using the correct name.

Yeah. Don't know what I was thinking. I basically just looked at synonyms for agreeing, and "nodding" popped up, and I really like the (nod) smiley on Skype. It's also not very descriptive.

The project is already added it to Bower under jquery-nod though (thans aggressivex!), so I don't know what's possible in terms of changing the name there?

I agreed it's not the best name but I won't bother. there is not another jquery-nod but there is a lot of "jquery-validator…" and there are like zillions of libraries with similar names. The important thing is that the library is localizable easily. I've found you through github search https://github.com/search?p=2&q=jquery+validation&ref=cmdform&type=Repositories There are mentions in other webs also so I think is trivial, It will cause much more pain than benefits.

Although I would use constraints or assertions instead Metrics for the validation names in the docs.

Ooooh good stuff :-)

I'll just close this ticket then.. Next time I'll be more careful with naming. As for metrics vs constraints or options.... sure. Neither of them makes any sense to me :D Actually something like rules I think would be better. But yeah.. it's a minor thing.
