Proposal: replace "Recipes" with "Commands" #800

Default: Available recipes: -> Available Commands or just Commands:

It's, er, more "commandy" :-)

I know you can change that text manually. I just think Commands: is more succinct and clearer.

I definitely agree that "recipe" is weird terminology. See #166 for more discussion. I lean towards "Task", but "command is also good.
