Accept .. as a search directory #518

Just allows directory-prefixed arguments, such as foo/bar, which indicate that just should start its search for the justfile not in the invocation directory, but in foo/.

However, due to the way that arguments are parsed, ../ is accepted, but .. is not. However, since .. cannot be the name of a recipe, it would be safe to give .. the same meaning as ../.
