How could the content be improved?

In recent discussions with folks at Code Refinery, we have been converging on a set of recommendations for lesson CFFs. This includes an author list containing everyone who has contributed to the project, regardless of whether they are represented in the commit history. The CFF for this curriculum should be updated accordingly.

The list of references for the curriculum should also be included in the CFF, as first mentioned in #344
