add an Instructor Note to warn people about working simultaneously on the same file

episodes/episodes.md: in the rare cases where multiple people are assigned to work on a single episode, we need to warn them to avoid simultaneously editing the same file (danger of merge conflicts). We could add another Trainer Note to mention this if relevant in the training.
