Drop with Snakemake from the lesson title #28

The use of Snakemake in the title has the effect of turning some people off (for example, if they already use another workflow tool).

It is not helpful to include the tool name in the lesson title if it has this effect. While we do use Snakemake in the lesson, the lesson itself has more relevant learning objectives than this.

This will also require some framing in the first episode to make it clear that we want a tool that can handle workflows, so we have to make a choice
