2-day format (= "standard" Carpentries 2-day workshop):

Day 1: Sessions 1-3
Day 2: Sessions 4-6

3-day format:

Day 1: Sessions 1-2
Day 2: Sessions 3-4
Day 3: Sessions 5-6
