is the droplet testing still commonplace? If it is more esoteric now, I would just refer to other resources.
And if not, the Testing for empty droplets section does not contain much detail on what is being done, and why. It would be good to have more specific learning objectives - eg, what is the learning objective for the testing portion?
Also, even though a seed is set, I do not get the same results as reported in the vignette, so something is different. I am not sure how to track that down (running on a M2 Mac, but that has not affected most other work I am doing)
