@andrewGhazi some links are broken as a result of the migration, eg for example in the assays section of the intro vignette, we point to the working with large data episode under

https://ccb-hms.github.io/osca-workbench/large_data.html

but this needs to be updated to

https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/bioc-scrnaseq/large_data.html

Are there other between episode links? Those would also need to be fixed to reflect the migration and name update.

grep ccb episodes/*.Rmd shows that to be the only inter-episode link of that type. There was one other image link to the ccb-hms repo that I also fixed in b7bd303
