Does this fork fix the examples issues discussed below?
daviddesberg#587
daviddesberg#378

Changing the bootstrap paths to OAuth/src/bootstrap is trivial, but the other issues such as no "$servicesCredentials", "$currentUri" are a bit more confusing. I can not see where these are supposed to be defined.

Please advise. Regards.
