[Web component - overflow menu is weird]

Description

When page containing overflow menu is diplayed, bx-overflow-memu-body is positionned inside b_x-overflow-menu_ element, follow a link a then come back, then bx-overflow-menu-body is positionned in the DOM before the </body> tag and is not displayed at the right place... Asudoh had opened an issue for this, but cannot see it anymore and problem is still there..

The behavior of the oveflow menu component is so weird, i spent so much time again to try to undestand, that i finally remove this buggy component, i used the vanilla JS framework HTML template for overflow menu and handle interactivity with a stimulujs controller.... (Vanilla overflow-menu has exactly the same weid behavior !)

Not easy to figure out what happens between overflow-menu.js and overflow-menu.js files
