Enhancements needed for open issues:

• Legend covering chart Chart legend covers up the chart. #191
• Legend with values Pie chart - legend #145
• Legend visibility option Legend display should be optional #173
• Resize chart to full width when legend hides Resize chart full width if no legend is rendered #286

@tay1orjones truncations have already been implemented. This issue is still open only for other aspects of the legend specs
