[Data Table] Enhancement - Apply multiple filters to a column using checkboxes

The current data table supports filtering a column by entering text and by selecting an item from a dropdown.

We would like to also add the ability to filter multiple items on a column by using checkboxes. I would expect it to behave the same as this Carbon component: https://react.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/multiselect--default

In this example, the user could choose to see data with both "high" and "low" severities, but not any marked as medium or medium high.
