Description

It would be useful to have a dedicated section which discusses the process around contributing new abstractions/core types or updating previously existing abstractions/core types.

Reason

  • Have an model in place for ensuring standardization and interoperability between shared abstractions.
  • This can be used as a basis for an open governance model for OCF in the future.
