Can't see language selections if high contrast is enabled

The bug was initially reported on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-desktop-provision/+bug/2077859 against Ubuntu 24.04 but seems to be also an issue in 24.10

The selected language cannot be identified if high contrast is on.

When it is off, the color of the selection is orange while the others are black.

When it is on, the color of the selection is also black.

Trying to work out what is up with this one. I'm assuming that this is going to be here on the locale page? But if that's the case I would expect high contrast mode to having this effect in multiple places as we are just using ListTile and Text with the Yaru theme rather than any custom widget that is overriding the colours.
