A few optional pages (refresh, autoinstall) rely on a network connection. If the user chooses not to connect to the internet on the network page, those pages are still being shown even though they won't work. Both pages already handle network connection issues gracefully, but it might be worth considering hiding them entirely if the network isn't available due to the user's explicit choice.

I would rather grey out options than hide them entirely, if we consider users following tutorials it may be confusing to them that certain pages are not appearing and they don't understand why.
