High GPU usage on Windows

Describe the bug
Multipass Windows is using about 35% of GPU when opened and about 12% when minimized.

To Reproduce
How, and what happened?

1. Install multipass on Windows 11.
2. Open and observe GPU usage in Task Manager

Expected behavior
I did not expect such high GPU usage from multipass.
