t.test() changes means formula syntax no longer works #33

Related to issue: https://bugs.r-project.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14359

the t.test function specifically no longer works when using the formula syntax (y~x) in combination with paired=TRUE - the same issue is actually true of wilcox.test as well. I thought I'd added this as an issue on the github but it looks as if I didn't, my bad! There's an easy fix - switching to t_test and wilcox_test - and a longer-winded fix that involves pivoting to wide format and using the $ syntax.
