Please review these materials where I wrote documentation about virtual environment, docker and singularity.

TODO:

Craft more comprehensive exercises
Add more examples
Find a better set of data that we can use throughout the course
Structure the lessons in a more suitable way for bioinformatics course

Please note this materials were developed for a Mphil example class (around 2hrs).

This has now been added through merge of #6 and we have agreed more on the structure on #1.
