In order to run the server, a certificate needs to be used. Our documentation doesn't say how to do so.

Acceptance criteria

Definition of done

  • Instructions on generating/downloading a certificate are present, or the certificate is automatically generated

Turns out we had them for DMV, so just need to copy those somewhere.
