Translate missing strings for Agency card UX, CalFresh

While working on #2074 and #2075 we noticed a few strings that were missing translations:

• “Please enter a 5 digit number.”
• “We use the information on your MST Courtesy Card to find the record of your transit benefit in our system.”
• “Please enter your last name the same way it is printed on your card, including capital letters and hyphens.”
• “We use the information on your SBMTD Reduced Fare Mobility ID card to find the record of your transit benefit in our system.”
• “CalFresh benefit overview”

@lalver1 is going to translate for us to avoid blocking the planned release.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each string above is translated to Spanish and added to the PO file
