Go to https://book.cakephp.org/migrations/3/en/index.html
Click the pencil icon on the right of your screen "improve this doc".

Expected:

To be taken to github or whatever the intended destination is

Actual:

Result 404: https://github.com/cakephp/migrations/edit/master/docs/en/index.rst
