55 55: PZ PI-RADS 5 tumor
Show Title
T2WI
ADC
DWI
DCE
56 year-old man with PSA of 4.3 ng/mL. No prior prostate biopsy. Select the scroll, zoom/pan, and window/level buttons to perform each of these functions. Scroll and zoom using the middle mouse button or mouse wheel. Pan and window/level using the left mouse button.
See the solution
Finding: The left posterolateral PZ demonstrates a focal region of markedly decreased ADC and increased high b-value signal, with associated focal early enhancement.
