Note that an argument to LS_COLORS gets used as an escape sequence, so if directories are highlighted as 01;34, then a directory named Repos gets echoed as \e[01;34mRepos\e[0m (source). You can put in any escape sequence for any value, e.g. ln=38;5;0;48;5;103 (documentation here).
