<p>All LiveNearCampusLLC websites are owned and operated privately by LiveNearCampusLLC. LiveNearCampusLLC is a privately held company and is neither endorsed nor guaranteed by any University or Private management company advertised or mentioned on any LiveNearCampusLLC sites. All listings are provided by private management companies for the convenience of the students located near their respective Universities.</p>
<p>All listings on LiveNearCampusLLC websites are added and managed by their respective management companies or by LiveNearCampusLLC staff based on public information received by management company websites or public advertisements. Although, we encourage all of our landlords to provide accurate and up to date information in all of their listings, LiveNearCampusLLC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided. All information is provided “as is” with all faults without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. LiveNearCampusLLC does not endorse nor guarantee the condition or rental terms that are entered into between tenant and landlords. </p>
<p>Prior to singing a lease, tenants are encouraged to do there due diligence and make an informed decision. Tenants should be aware of their rights as a tenant and their responsibility to their landlord. LiveNearCampusLLC is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between any management company and tenant and tenant agrees to hold harmless LiveNearCampusLLC in any dispute arising from any inaccurate or misleading advertisement by a third party management company. </p>
<p>In an effort to provide the most comprehensive housing search option to University students, LiveNearCampusLLC provides free listings to all Management companies within the student housing boundaries of college campuses. Certain LiveNearCampusLLC listings are added by LiveNearCamousLLC staff using public information from management websites and public advertisements. </p>
<p>Neither LiveNearCampusLLC, its parent, affiliates, or subsidiaries, or any of their respective directors, employees, agents, vendors or suppliers will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to data arising out of the use or inability to use the Website or any LiveNearCampusLLC advertisement, or damages from the use of or reliance on the information present on LiveNearCampusLLC websites, even if LiveNearCampusLLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.</p>
<p>By using any LiveNearCampusLLC website, either as a renter or the lessor, you acknowledge and agree as follows:</p>

<li>While LiveNearCampusLLC may have broker licenses in certain states, LiveNearCampusLLC does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services.</li>
<li>LiveNearCampusLLC is not undertaking any, and has no, duties to either Renters or Lessors, including, without limitation, the obligation to inspect rental properties, to verify the veracity of information contained in an advertisement, or to interview or otherwise screen Renters;</li>
<li>LiveNearCampusLLC is not responsible for the content of, nor does it endorse, the third-party websites to which you may link using this Website;</li>
<li>LiveNearCampusLLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any information available on LiveNearCampusLLC websites, and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations, whether made by Lessors, Renters or otherwise and all information obtained on this Website must be verified independently;</li>
<li>LiveNearCampusLLC may make changes to its products and/or services, Layouts and Design and this Website or mobile applications at any time and without notifying you or receiving your consent; and</li>
