Describe the bug
Opening options page, without a whitelist, shows the 'remove all from whitelist' button then show the 'No bookmarks' text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Have an empty whitelist
Click on the 'open whitelist' button
See the blue 'remove all' button quickly blinks on the screen
The 'No bookmarks on the whitelist yet.' text loads hiding the button

Expected behaviour
Step 3 should not happen.

Version information:

Firefox version: Firefox 95.0.1
Keep or Delete Bookmarks version 2.0.1
