Dark theme for homepage & download page

Hi,

Sections of the homepage are light regardless of theme selection and the download page is fully light.

It would be nice for both to be available fully in dark.

A redesign of the download page is coming... at some point.

For the front page, that's an intentional design decision.

I expect people to spend more time on the features page, and I didn't have time to implement a dark theme for the homepage. If you want to submit a PR for review, I'd be open to it.
