Investigate: re-integrate with ADVbumpversion?

Differences:

• one-file-multiple-times support like Support processing a file multiple times #111 but slightly different syntax.
• independent flag for parts, requested in How to keep the metadata part when bumping version? #80

I guess we need to reach feature parity first, and sort out #86.
