Macro to create effect chains and keep track of input bus

Been working on a set of functions and macros that use a proxy and an audio-bus under the hood to facilitate easier effect chains: https://codeberg.org/kflak/kf/src/branch/main/fx.lisp

Still some rough edges, and I'm sure there's a bunch of stuff that could be done better, but for now this fills my limited needs...
